2026 summer team information

14U, 15U, & 16U Teams

GENERAL INFORMATION

Official practices for all summer teams will start the week of June 1st and run through August 30th.

405 UNITED APPROACH TO THE MONTH OF JUNE

One of 405 United's core principles is to help players prepare for their high school basketball career. As June is high school basketball month in Oklahoma, the time commitment for our program will be less during that month.

All 14U-16U teams will continue to practice, but only for 3 hours per week (two 1.5 hour skill sessions). These will also play in just one June tournament that will be towards the end of the month.

The weekly trainings will take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30-9:00pm at The Academy (120 E Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73131).

If you have any specific questions regarding this approach to June, please feel free to reach out to Coach Matt or Coach Gabe!

ROSTER SIZE

In order to maximize reps in practice and opportunities to compete in games, 405 United teams typically have no more than 10 players per roster. If there are multiple teams at a single age group, teams will be divided into Select ("A") and Orange ("B") teams.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our goal at 405 United is simple: No player should miss out on the chance to develop with 405 United because of finances.

That belief has led to the founding of the 405 United Access Fund. This helps provide financial assistance for players who would benefit from being part of 405 United but need support to participate. It’s designed to expand opportunity while ensuring cost isn’t a limiting factor.

If you would like your son(s) to participate with 405 United but feel like financial assistance is necessary for your family, CLICK HERE for more information on that process.
