BASKETBALL CAMPS
Our basketball camps are designed to help athletes improve specific areas of their game through detailed instruction, competitive drills, and live gameplay situations.
Camp Types Include:

A fun and engaging basketball camp designed to introduce K-3rd grade athletes to the core fundamentals of the game. Players will learn basic ball handling, passing, shooting, footwork, movement skills, and teamwork through age-appropriate drills, games, and competitions in a positive environment.

A camp focused on helping K-3rd grade players become more confident and coordinated with the basketball in their hands. Athletes will work on dribbling moves, finishing, shooting form, balance, body control, and individual skill progressions through high-repetition instruction and interactive drills.

A well-rounded basketball camp designed to help K-3rd grade athletes grow in all areas of the game. Players will develop fundamentals, movement skills, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and game understanding through skill work, live play, competitions, and team-based activities.

Focused on helping athletes improve consistency, confidence, and shot versatility. Players will train movement shooting, shooting off the catch and dribble, range development, footwork, and scoring at game speed through high-repetition training and competition.

A high-level offensive development camp focused on helping athletes become more complete and versatile scorers. Players will train shot creation, attacking gaps, finishing through contact, scoring reads, change of pace, and offensive decision-making through detailed instruction and live game application.

A high-level basketball camp centered around competing, decision-making, and performing under pressure. Athletes will work on spacing, defensive positioning, transition play, communication, basketball IQ, and live gameplay through intense drills, small sided games, and structured scrimmages.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CAMPS
Our Athletic Performance Camps are designed to help athletes become faster, more explosive, more coordinated, and more confident movers on the court and in all sports. Through age-appropriate training and competitive instruction, athletes will develop speed, agility, balance, body control, footwork, reaction time, jumping mechanics, and overall movement efficiency.
These camps are built to help athletes improve the foundational athletic qualities that directly impact performance, including acceleration, change of direction, coordination, and stability. Sessions will include movement training, competitions, reaction drills, athletic games, and performance-focused exercises designed to create a high-energy and engaging training environment.

No. Camps are open to all athletes, regardless of school or club affiliation.

Because we intentionally limit the size of our camps, registration is non-refundable. However, payments can be turned into credits or transferred to another camp until 48 hours before a camp starts.
